Booking & information

All activities, despite being scheduled, are subject to a previous confirmation of availability by Azenhas da Seda.
The person in charge of the group should handle the enrolment and payments of all participants and visitors that are part of the group.
Bookings should be done via an e-mail sent to , containing the following information:
· Mobile phone number from the responsible for the group.
· List with the full names and dates of birth of all participants in the activities, required for valid insurance.
· Foreign clients: country of origin, passport nr. and date of birth for communication to the SEF (Immigration and Borders Service)
. The corresponding payment for the activities, accommodation and additional services, made through one single bank transfer.
Azenhas da Seda will not consider any bookings effective prior to receiving an e-mail with proof of payment by bank transfer.
Bookings will be accepted by chronological order, according to the date and time when the e-mail containing proof of payment was received.
Bookings can be made for various groups on the same day, up to the maximum number of participants determined for each activity.
